Sizes 00 through 5 are CNC machined from high grade tool steel, sizes 6 and up are a malleable iron casting. Properly machined and hardened. The finest industrial grommet dies made. For best results use only C.S. Osborne grommets and washers:

G1, B1, N1 and SS1 with corresponding sizes.
